The holiday house "37-5" is located near the residential area of Cala Canyelles, where there is a diving school, information point, good restaurant and a large communal pool.
Next to the house, a stairway leads directly to the harbour and the beach. The house is reached by these stairs.
This trail offers spectacular sea views.
The house has a living / dining room with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace. It has large windows with beautiful views of the sea and the bay.
From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach. Terrace equipped with sun loungers, table with chairs and portable BBQ.
You have the right to use the pool paying 4 euros per day per person with one drink included or 18 euros per person per week with one drink included.
